This project was undertaken for first-time investment clients, Joel and Milissa. Approaching Hasp Projects with limited knowledge of the build and design process, we were able to help them every step of the way from design, demolition, build and subdivision of the land ready for sale.

The design maximizes the property's lot size, allowing for a large backyard and alfresco entertaining space.
